Land Survey CAD Technician

Immediate opening for experienced Survey CAD Technician in Greensboro N.C.

Types of Survey Projects include:

Boundary Surveys Mortgage Surveys, Construction Layout Elevation Certificates, Site Topography & Locations Floodway Boundaries, Subdivision Layout Residential and Commercial, ALTA/NSPS Surveys Experience in CAD for Land Surveying, Carlson Survey. Field to Finish, Point Manipulation, Translation and Rotation. Experience with Record Plats, ALTA Surveys Would prefer a candidate with Associates degree or higher in surveying technology, geomatics, civil engineering, or related field preferred, but not required. Candidate will be required to demonstrate strong management and organizational skills. Must be self-motivated, able to communicate well with clients and explain property boundaries. Daily duties include, data downloads, proper field notes and sketches, digital photographs, change order requests, completion of daily timesheets. We also provide surveying services to local legal firms and developers for a wide variety of surveying needs.
