Job Description
Seeking a land survey technician to assist in preparation of survey plans, basic engineering plans, stakeout calculations, deed research, supervised boundary analysis, etc. AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required. Prior field experience is a plus.
- Perform data analysis using Civil 3D.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and land survey plans
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to ensure accurate surveying results
- Provide guidance and supervision to surveying technicians and field crews
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3
