Primary Function:
The Sustainability and Compliance Specialist leads the execution of regulatory compliance programs across the Corporation and its Strategic Business Units (SBUs). This role is responsible for regulatory reporting, cross-functional data collection, and the delivery of accurate, timely compliance outputs. Serving as a centralized compliance resource, the position drives process development, workflow standardization, and consistent execution of environmental, product, and customer regulatory requirements. The role also supports trade compliance and domestic content requirements (e.g., BABAA/Buy American Act) as needed.
Responsibilities:
Collect organizational data for compliance reporting using 3rd party supply chain due diligence platform, ERP systems, and engagement with SMEs. Contribute to the development of regulatory compliance processes and activities. Plan and execute regulatory compliance processes and activities. Track and document of regulatory compliance processes and activities to assure on time delivery. Develop subject matter expertise in key areas to support regulatory compliance efforts.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related technical degree is preferred. 3 - 5 years' experience in regulatory compliance, product stewardship, sustainability compliance or a business and/or technical focused role Strong MS Office skills with a focus in Access and Excel Strong Project Management and Organizational skills are essential Strong business/technical problem-solving skills are required A strong focus on process management is required Strong verbal and written communication skills are required Integrity and Trust are critical for the role Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
