What You Will Do:

Perform preventative maintenance (TPM) on key equipment

Troubleshoot Radar test equipment system level down to component

Make needed repairs using electronic test equipment and soldering equipment/or coordinate with vendor for repair

Contribute original concepts to the development of advanced prototypes and fixtures.

PIV operation (i.e. load and unload equipment and models using fork trucks/telehandlers/ Bucket trucks).

Communicate project status to project teams

Build effective cross functional work relationships with a variety of internal and external customers.

Use mechanical and electrical skills to set up and teardown, troubleshoot and modify model fixtures.

Record inspection results, and make recommendations for changes in fixtures or test methods.

Conduct assigned safety inspections on a timely basis (Tier 1 Audits, POGs, 6S, shop equipment, vehicles and tools).

Qualifications You Must Have :

AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training)

6+ years of experience working with one of the following; RF, electronic, Electronic Controls, Test or Digital circuitry

Ability to work in shop environment with basic hand tools and shop equipment

Proficient in basic software operation and experience in a windows operating environment.

Experience working with RF, electronic Controls and Digital circuitry

Ability to read and follow block diagrams and schematic diagrams

Ability to obtain a Security Clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

Active Security Clearance

Experience in RCS range test environment
