Job Description Seeking a Test Technician for a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA. This is an exciting contract opportunity with potential for long-term employment. If you have a keen eye for detail and have an interest in working with electronics, this is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on role. In this role, you'll play a key part in assembling and/or testing cutting-edge products and systems in production. Clearance required to start position.

6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday, with possibility for
Overtime What You'll Do:
1) Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment. 2) Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards. 3) Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements. 4) Document accurate data records and results test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures. 5) Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies. 6) Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
1) Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation. 2) Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 3) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. 4) Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred. 5) Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment. 6) Strong work ethics and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role. High school diploma or GED required.
