ResponsibilitiesAssemble electrical power distribution and power quality products using blueprints, bills of materials, and engineering documentation.
Perform mechanical assembly, disconnect assemblies, and final product inspections.
Partial Discharge TestingDielectric TestingCalibration TestingTiming TestsLow Voltage TestingTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during testing.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings.
Safely operate hand tools, torque tools, wiring equipment, and other production equipment.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards while meeting production goals. QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Experience performing high-voltage electrical testing (5kV / 3-phase or similar).Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
Experience using hand tools, torque tools, wiring equipment, and precision measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
