Full-Time Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required. Active California Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil or Traffic Engineering required. 4-5+ years of traffic engineering experience , or equivalent industry experience of approximately 9-10 years . 3+ years of experience managing or supervising traffic engineering teams . Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work . Strong technical, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively with clients, municipalities, public agencies, and multidisciplinary teams. Recent Southern California traffic engineering experience required , preferably within San Diego County .

Pay:

$108,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
