Quality Engineer Opportunity - Camarillo, CA Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the Camarillo area to identify an experienced Quality Engineer for a direct-hire opportunity.
Location:
Camarillo, CA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Salary:
$72,000 - $100,000
DOE Employment Type:
Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between customers, engineering, and manufacturing teams regarding quality and technical matters Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions using 8D methodology Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with
ISO 9001
2015 standards Conduct internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives Monitor quality metrics and drive process improvements Manage non-conforming material, calibration schedules, and quality records Provide support for IPC standards and quality-related training Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of
ISO 9001
2015 Experience with corrective actions, root cause analysis, audits, and continuous improvement Familiarity with IPC-600, IPC-610, and
J-STD-001
