  • Quality Data Engineer - Manufacturing & Quality Systems (Kalrez®)

  • Newark, DE (On-Site) Qnity is seeking a
  • Quality Data Engineer
  • to support Kalrez® manufacturing and quality operations through data-driven solutions that improve reporting, traceability, process visibility, and decision-making. This role will develop dashboards, applications, and data interfaces that connect manufacturing, engineering, and quality systems while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Develop and maintain dashboards, Power Apps, and reporting tools.
+ Build user-friendly data collection and reporting solutions for manufacturing and quality teams. + Support SPC, SQC, MRB, and other quality data systems. + Ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance with quality system requirements. + Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and IT to deliver practical digital solutions. + Automate manual processes and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Qualifications
  • + Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
+ 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. + Experience with SQL, APIs, and data management. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Platform preferred. + Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and the ability to create practical, and user-friendly interfaces. + Understanding protocols such as OPC, TCP/IP, and Serial communication.
