Open Positions & Key Responsibilities Production Engineer:

Optimize manufacturing processes and evaluate equipment performance. Analyze production line layouts, workflows, and operational efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis and lead problem-solving efforts. Drive safety and quality improvement initiatives across the line.

Quality Control Specialist:

Analyze customer defect rates, manage claim costs, and develop action plans. Manage nonconformity processes (re-inspections, defective tags, containment). Monitor key quality metrics and generate incoming defect reports. Support internal process improvements and update floor/office quality documentation.

Qualifications Language Requirements:

Bilingual in Korean and English (Strongly Preferred / Required for daily communication) .

Education/Major:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

0 to 3 years of relevant experience (Entry-level candidates welcome).

Authorization:

Must be authorized to work in the United States. Additional Benefit - Housing support is available for the first year
