Position description: Join our dynamic team as a BP Operator working on either the 1st or 2nd shift! In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes. Key Responsibilities:

Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and operational efficiency. Perform daily work orders as assigned. Verify B/P (Back Plate) specifications and conduct inventory checks. Load and position B/P into the equipment. Load raw materials (base material / double-layer material) as required. Take appropriate action in the event of errors and report to the Operator (OP). Report any improper seating or positioning of B/P to the Operator (OP). Clean molds during designated cleaning time. Inspect the coating condition of B/P prior to loading. Conduct visual inspection of B/P and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or prior manufacturing experience preferred Ability to operate industrial machinery with precision and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions Excellent communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with team members Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment during designated shifts Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards always Flexibility to work either 1st or 2nd shift as needed

Pay:

From $14.00 per hour
