CNC Quality Engineer

We are a leading precision contract manufacturer that specializes in medium-volume, medium-mix production for aerospace, defense, power generation, mining, transportation, and other industries. We are seeking a Quality Engineer with familiarity with AS9100 Quality Management Systems. The right candidate will demonstrate knowledge of our QA scope which includes internal processes, production routing, supplier services and raw material suppliers.

What we are looking for:

Bachelors Degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. 3-5+ years Quality Engineering experience in a precision machining, aerospace/ defense environment. Metrology background experience in PC-DMIS or Calypso. Understanding of GD&T per ASME Y14.5 and AS9100D standards. Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and capability studies. Six Sigma Green belt certification a plus. Experience with Minitab and statistical analysis.
