(NON-NEGOTIABLE): Minimum 1 year of machine operator experience Experience measuring and working with chemicals Ability to accurately read a ruler or tape measure Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Laminator experience preferred but NOT required Strong attendance and safety record Basic math and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate laminating machinery safely and efficiently Mix adhesives according to established formulas Verify product specifications and quality standards Read and interpret job orders accurately Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas Handle production materials and hazardous waste safely Monitor machine performance and report issues immediately Verify measurements using rulers and tape measures Support production goals and safety standards
