Job Description

Quality Engineer Join a growing team as a Quality Engineer in a collaborative, hands-on environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and is looking to make a long-term impact. This organization is a leading designer and manufacturer of customized process fluid chillers used in advanced technologies such as electron optics, X-ray systems, MRI, and medical device cooling. Responsibilities Support the Quality Incident Program (Nonconformities & Corrective Actions) Provide technical support for open quality incidents Assist with root cause analysis Collect and summarize quality data Track due dates and corrective actions Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations Assist with customer compliance and documentation requests Develop and maintain controlled documents (work instructions, procedures, records) Keep documents updated and accurate Create new documentation as needed Act as a gatekeeper for document control Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or related field 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or process improvement Knowledge of
ISO 9001
