Job Description
Quality Engineer Strong opportunity to grow into Director of Quality At Trident, Quality is not a department. Quality is how we run our business. We are looking for an exceptional Quality Engineer who wants to build a career, not simply maintain a quality system. This role is designed for someone who can grow into our Director of Quality over time. We manufacture highly regulated medical devices where quality is critical, but we also believe great quality professionals spend as much time solving problems on the manufacturing floor as they do behind a computer. If your passion is simply maintaining documentation, this is probably not the right opportunity. If your passion is building better processes, eliminating problems, improving products and leading people, we'd love to talk. What You'll Do Drive root cause investigations using structured problem solving tools. Lead CAPAs that permanently eliminate recurring issues. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations to improve quality, productivity and customer satisfaction. Support
