This role works closely with Production, Engineering, and the Quality team to improve product quality and manufacturing performance. Key Responsibilities Analyze quality data, scrap, rework, warranty claims, and customer complaints to identify improvement opportunities. Investigate product and process issues using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Support production by improving process capability and reducing variation. Conduct process audits and assist with customer and supplier quality issues. Evaluate supplier quality and support new product introductions. Maintain quality reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferred Certifications Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Physical Requirements Ability to work on the manufacturing floor for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
