AB_5037768 Position summary (General Purpose): Support departments efforts that relate to quality improvement. Coordinate and execute plans to obtain and/or maintain certification for IATF 16949 and ISO-9001 and to current automotive international applicable standard. Responsible for helping achieve customer / supplier quality expectations, production requirements, scrap and re-work requirements. Provide guidance to managers to interpret, implement and communicate policies and procedures. Qualifications (Basic Knowledge, skills, and abilities):  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.  3+ years quality control automotive manufacturing experience required  Quality Management System (QMS) and
IATF 16949 / ISO 9001
experience  Implement and maintain all quality system requirements, including APQP, PPAP, and customer-specific requirements.  strong communication and leadership skills.
Primary Position responsibilities:
 Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and
ISO 14001
standards.  Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving efforts  Validate supplier product quality through quality control plans, inspection criteria, and sampling procedures.  Develop and implement quality system improvements to comply with business plan goals  Responsible for quality system internal and external audits.  Verification of countermeasure effectiveness.  Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, Flow Charts and Process Capability Studies.
salary:
