20 Job Highlights Part time position at 20 hours per week Hourly pay range of $16.11 - $21.35, based on experience Clean and maintain the Elroy and Wonewoc clinics after clinic hours Support a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for patients and staff About this role Join Emplify Health by Gundersen as an Environmental Assistant supporting our Elroy and Wonewoc clinics. In this role, you will help create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and care teams after clinic hours. Your work plays an important part in supporting excellent patient care and reflects our mission of empathy amplified through dependable service, teamwork, and attention to detail in a rural community setting. Key responsibilities Clean and maintain clinic spaces, including patient rooms, common areas, and work areas Follow safety guidelines related to body mechanics, hazardous materials, and personal protective equipment Report maintenance, housekeeping, painting, and other facility concerns to Environmental Services leadership Work collaboratively with team members to meet department quality standards and support efficient operations What you will need High school diploma or equivalency preferred No experience required 1 year of healthcare Environmental Services experience preferred Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively Strong dependability, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management skills Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance Commitment to safety, quality, and excellent customer service What we offer Part time position at 20 hours per week Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Opportunity to support patient care in a trusted rural clinic setting A team-oriented workplace focused on safety, quality, and service Our culture & values At Emplify Health by Gundersen, we live our mission of empathy amplified through belonging, respect, excellence, accountability, teamwork, and humility.
