Event Manager High Volume Waterfront Restaurant & Event Venue

Event Manager Location:

Greenport, NY Full-Time | Year-Round Opportunity Claudio's is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and energetic Event Manager to oversee events across all three Claudio's locations. This is a fast-paced position on an extremely busy waterfront property that hosts high-volume events, private parties, weddings, corporate gatherings, and seasonal entertainment throughout the year. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, has strong hospitality and sales experience, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of events from initial inquiry through execution and completion Oversee events across all three Claudio's properties Actively sell and promote the venues to generate new business year-round Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution Be present and manage all assigned events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Track bookings, event details, and revenue performance Ensure every event is executed professionally and exceeds guest expectations

Requirements:

Must have restaurant and hospitality experience Must have event management experience Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Sales-driven mindset with strong organizational abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Schedule Expectations:

This role requires a consistent on-site presence. Candidates are expected to be on property five (5) days per week during peak season (April 1st through November 30th), in addition to attending and executing scheduled events. $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
