We're looking for an experienced Exterior Project Manager to join our team—someone who can step in, take charge, and deliver outstanding results on every project. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk role. You'll be the driving force on exterior projects— keeping crews on track, customers informed, and jobs running smoothly from kickoff to completion. What you'll do: Oversee exterior projects from start to finish—roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and other exterior work. Manage project timelines, crews, materials, and subcontractors to keep jobs on schedule and on budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality craftsmanship and safety compliance. Identify and resolve issues quickly and decisively as they arise—before they become bigger problems. Coordinate with office staff, estimators, and suppliers to keep the project pipeline moving. Take full ownership and responsibility for your projects—the wins and the challenges alike.

Who you are:

Experienced in exterior construction—roofing, siding, and general exterior work (2+ years preferred). A strong communicator who keeps customers, crews, and management in the loop at all times. A natural problem-solver who stays cool under pressure and finds solutions fast. Someone who takes responsibility seriously—you own your projects and your outcomes. Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality and craftsmanship. Organized and self-directed—you manage your time and your team without being micromanaged. Holds a valid driver's license and is comfortable on job sites in all conditions.
