Production Lead GameCraft, LLC - 4.0 Waunakee, WI Job Details Part-time | Full-time 10 hours ago Qualifications Manufacturing management Digital printing High school diploma or GED Print production Manufacturing Delegation Time management Full Job Description Production Lead - Manufacturing Summary As a Production Lead at our manufacturing facility, you will oversee and assist day-to-day operations on the shop floor, ensuring products are made safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate, drive continuous improvement and serve as the bridge between management and production staff. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of production associates, assigning tasks, balancing workloads and workflow. Maintain and upkeep machinery; help diagnose issues as they arise to avoid downtime on the floor. Monitor production timing and orders to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Enforce safety protocols and quality standards. Identify process bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs. Collaborate with team to minimize downtime and ensure all equipment is calibrated and operating. Facilitate shift handovers, ensuring clear communication of priorities, issues, and action items. Train new hires on standard operating procedures, equipment use, and safety guidelines. Qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Prior supervisory or team-lead experience, preferably in high-volume or assembly operations. Previous experience in printing press environments preferred. High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in industrial technology or related field preferred. Forklift Certification preferred.

Frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 100 lbs). Shift flexibility, including potential for evening, night, or weekend rotations.
