Responsibilities Prepare and package products for shipment using appropriate materials and techniques to ensure safe delivery. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, forklifts, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently. Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and update shipment statuses accurately. Pick, pack, and organize orders with precision to meet daily shipping targets and customer specifications. Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using basic math skills and AS400 or MRP systems for order accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, managing stock rotation, and ensuring proper storage of goods. Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to support warehouse distribution efficiency. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly. Experience Previous warehouse experience involving shipping & receiving operations is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and order picker equipment. Familiarity with forklift operation, reach truck driving, pallet jacks, and load & unload procedures. Knowledge of packaging standards, order picking & packing processes, and inventory control practices. Basic math skills for verifying quantities and processing shipments accurately. Experience working in e-commerce or warehouse distribution environments is a plus. Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while operating equipment like forklifts and reach trucks.
