Fabricator Assembler - Immediate Hiring Job Duties Fabricate and assemble metal parts for commercial doors Perform basic welding (wire-feed) and complete frames Grind and smooth metal for a clean finish Use hand and power tools for assembly work Requirements Entry-level (welding/fabrication experience is a plus) Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail Team player with willingness to learn Physical / Work Tasks Perform general labor in a shop environment Operate machines and tools safely Use or learn forklift for moving materials Work Environment Small, friendly shop (team of 4 people) Hands-on work with tools, welding, and machines Mostly in-shop work (little to no field work) Benefits & Growth Great opportunity to learn a skilled trade Stable job with long-term career growth Supportive team and learning environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
