Facade Technician The Facade Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining building facades in the city of Akron. This position requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work at heights. The ideal candidate will have experience in facade installation or construction, but we are also open to training motivated individuals without prior experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month and includes free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new facades on buildings according to blueprints and specifications
• Repair damaged or worn out facades using appropriate tools and materials
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing facades to ensure safety and functionality
• Operate equipment such as scaffolding, cranes, and power tools safely and efficiently
• Communicate with team members and project managers to coordinate work schedules and tasks
• Adhere to safety regulations at all times while working at heights
• Keep accurate documentation of work completed, materials used, and hours worked

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education required; vocational training in facade installation or construction is preferred
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction materials
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to read blueprints
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
• Valid driver's license is preferred
