F&B Dishwasher

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (other duties may be assigned) Wash dishes both by hand and by using a commercial dishwasher Maintains a clean kitchen by mopping the floor, ensuring items are placed in the right home, and taking out trash as needed. Assists prep and wait staff and ensures clean and sanitized dishes to work with. Keeps up with duties in a fast-paced environment, ensuring cleanliness of dishes. Follows all policies and procedures when carrying out work.
