Fence Laborer

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED AND PAY IS DOE

Job duties include, but are not limited to: Assist with installing a variety of fencing types under the supervision of a Foreman Measure objects, dig post holes, carry concrete, set posts, build and install gates, load and unload materials All tools and equipment are provided by the company Work outdoors in all weather conditions — sun, rain, or snow Safely operate hand tools and power tools Learn all aspects of professional fence installation with long-term growth opportunities Requirements - Must be 18yrs or older Valid drivers license Able to lift 80+lbs Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to use hand and power tools safely Reliable transportation to/from company shop Strong work ethic Dependable and motivated Must be able to pass background and/or drug screening Perks - Small team environment Weekends off Early start / Early finish schedule Employee discounts PTO / Vacation pay Holiday pay Job incentives Referral program bonuses Opportunity for growth and ability to become a foreman
