Field Service Technician

The ideal candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including maintenance, repair, and calibration of casino game equipment. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs. Responsibilities Complete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on-site Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance on casino gaming equipment Performs installations, de-installations, and relocations of casino game equipment Communicates effectively and efficiently with casino staff and customers Using technical manuals in the repair/maintenance of casino game equipment Assists in the resolution of player disputes. Practice and adhere to all safety and training Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills One or more years of related work experience Candidate must have strong mechanical reasoning skills and the ability to work independently Ability to travel Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Ability to pass a NY state gaming background check
