Project Executive (Electrical Construction)

Available Join a Growing Electrical Contractor Finish Line Staffing is partnering with a well-established electrical contractor to hire an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale electrical construction operations in the Phoenix market. This is a high-impact leadership position for someone who has built their career within the electrical contracting industry and has successfully managed complex commercial construction projects while leading high-performing project management teams. What You'll Do Provide executive oversight for multiple large-scale electrical construction projects. Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers responsible for projects ranging from $5M-$15M+ . Drive project profitability, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and overall execution. Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional project delivery. Collaborate with field leadership to promote safety, quality, and operational excellence. Resolve complex project challenges while keeping teams aligned with company objectives. Support strategic planning, staffing, and business growth initiatives. What We're Looking For Electrical contracting experience is required. Candidates without an electrical contractor background will not be considered.
Qualified candidates will have:
Extensive experience working for an electrical contractor. Experience managing large commercial electrical construction projects. Project experience in hospitals, manufacturing facilities, commercial buildings, and data centers . Proven success leading and mentoring Project Managers overseeing $5M-$15M+ projects. Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and project profitability. Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. A stable work history demonstrating long-term career growth.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$180,000-$210,000 Formula-based project bonus Company-wide annual bonus (eligible after one full calendar year) Signing bonus Relocation assistance available Opportunity to join a growing organization with significant career advancement potential Interview Process Initial interview with the recruiting team. Teams interview with the Hiring Manager (local candidates may interview in person instead). Final in-person interview at the Goodyear office with executive leadership, including the COO.
