This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on accounting experience in a supportive environment where you'll receive training and mentorship while building a strong foundation in accounting.

Responsibilities:

Process high-volume accounts payable transactions Review invoices and ensure accurate GL coding Maintain vendor records and assist with W-9 and 1099 compliance Generate checks and supporting payment documentation Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies Reconcile A/P aging reports Assist with journal entries and month-end close activities Work closely with internal departments to answer accounting-related questions Support audits and other accounting projects as needed

Qualifications:
