Staff Accountant

Description We have partnered with a Manufacturing company in Fountain Valley, they specialize in custom solutions in multiple high-tech industries and were established in 1971, We are assisting them with a new opportunity for a Staff Accountant.

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and adjustments
• Accounts payable vouchering and vendor reconciliations
• Assist with accounts receivable
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Support financial statement preparation
• Prepare sales tax filings and other regulatory reports
• Support external audits and provide required documentation
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and accountings standards (GAAP)
• Prepare monthly management reports
• Perform variance analysis and provide explanations
• Support cash flow tracking and reporting
