Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Senior Accountant with strong experience in large-scale ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. This role will be responsible for managing the month-end close process, preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, supporting audits, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong general accounting background and thrives in a fast-paced environment with complex accounting operations. This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a fast growing company. Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and execute month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.

+ Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.

+ Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances to ensure accuracy and completeness.

+ Maintain and improve accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls.

+ Collaborate with AP, AR, Payroll, and operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

+ Support external audits and assist with audit schedules, requests, and documentation.

+ Utilize ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics to manage financial data and reporting.

+ Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and perform detailed account analyses.

+ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting as needed.

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.

+ Identify opportunities to automate and streamline accounting procedures.

+ Support special projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives. Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

+ Advanced experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

+ Strong month-end close and general ledger accounting experience.

+ Experience preparing financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.

+ Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.

+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
