Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices, review payment activity, and help maintain an efficient accounts payable workflow.
- Manage incoming customer payments, monitor outstanding balances, and support accounts receivable accuracy.
- Prepare and post journal entries to keep financial records complete, organized, and up to date.
- Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies to ensure the integrity of cash records.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and support the accuracy of monthly and periodic close activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues, clarify transaction details, and improve reporting accuracy.
