Key Responsibilities Perform and review complex account reconciliations. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and balance sheet reconciliations. Support process improvement initiatives and the implementation of best practices. Assist with system enhancements, integrations, and reporting improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and efficiency within accounting operations. Participate in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. 3+ years of accounting experience. Strong account reconciliation and month-end close experience. Experience supporting process improvements and procedural enhancements. Consolidations experience is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
