Humility, Integrity, "Wow" Customer Service, Quality - Continuous Improvement, Hard Work / Smart work Scope The Accountant will be responsible for managing the general ledger and close processes, preparing multi-entity financial statements, reconciling accounts, overseeing multi-state sales tax, maintaining fixed assets and leases, supporting cash flow and budgeting, and partnering with leadership on financial insights and process improvements. Requirements Bachelor's in accounting or finance. 2-7 years progressive accounting experience, a manufacturing enviroment experience will be an advantage Strong GL, financial statement, and reconciliation skills Experience with sales tax and multi-entity accounting Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS) Interested in growing into a Controller/CFO role Tasks and Responsibilities Manage the general ledger and lead month-end and year-end close processes Prepare timely and accurate financial statements for multiple LLCs Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies File and manage multi-state sales tax compliance Maintain fixed asset records and lease schedules Support cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial reporting Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and provide strategic financial insights
