Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate bookkeeping records for multiple clients. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts. Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements and reports. Process payroll and prepare payroll tax filings. Prepare sales tax returns. Assist with the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit tax returns. Communicate professionally with clients regarding accounting and tax matters. Maintain organized workpapers and supporting documentation. Support senior accountants and managers with accounting, tax, and advisory projects. Qualifications Active CPA license in good standing required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. Public accounting experience preferred. Ability to meet Georgia CPA continuing professional education requirements. Experience with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines while working independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional client service.
