CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTANT JOB OPENING ABOUT L&L BUILDERS

ABOUT OUR CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTANT POSITION

Work with senior accounting team to process accounts payable and manage subcontracts and purchase orders for accurate job cost accounting. Manage lien waiver process for subcontractors and vendors. Work with project managers and senior accounting to ensure monthly billing and draw requests are processed on time. Assist with weekly payrolls. Respond to client and vendor questions and work to resolve issues.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors' degree in business or accounting or equivalent work experience Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities Budgeting and financial knowledge and/or experience Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and experience Proficiency in Excel Foundation or other accounting software knowledge and experience, construction accounting a plus Familiar with union reporting and payroll processes a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary:

$60,000•$ 70,000, commensurate with experience and other qualifications Medical, dental, and vision benefits 100% employer paid after 90 days of employment Paid Time Off•2 weeks (80 hours) PTO to start; 4 weeks (120 hours) PTO after 5 years of employment 6 Paid Holidays Simple IRA, with company match up to 3% after 90 days
