Job Description Estimate from both concept designs and complete designs Assist design team with budgetary pricing at various stages in design development Completion of all aspects of project bidding including plan and specification takeoff, vendor contact and tracking, bid form completion, pricing, bid review and submission Scope and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers for accuracy and completeness Assist with the development, updating and implementation of an estimating database with assemblies Assist or lead the process of implementation of estimating program software system Maintain a cost history data base Review estimates with design team and/or construction team Interact with clients and design team as needed to evaluate conceptual and detailed estimates MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
