•Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager - Technical Accounting & Strategic Projects Ready for What's Next? If you've built a strong foundation in public accounting and are looking for an opportunity beyond the traditional audit or month-end cycle, this role offers exposure to a wide range of complex accounting and finance initiatives while partnering with leading organizations across a variety of industries. You'll work on meaningful projects that challenge your technical expertise, expand your business knowledge, and provide experience that can accelerate your long-term career growth. What You'll Work On No two projects are exactly alike. Depending on client needs, you may support initiatives such as: Technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards Financial statement preparation and review, including SEC reporting (10-Ks, 10-Qs, and other filings) IPO readiness and public company reporting Mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and post-transaction integration Financial reporting, consolidations, and close optimization Internal controls, process improvements, and finance transformation initiatives Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning projects Special accounting projects supporting Controllers, CFOs, and executive leadership teams What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of public accounting or relevant accounting experience Big 4 or national public accounting experience preferred CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting Experience with technical accounting, SEC reporting, or transaction-related projects is a plus Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization Why Professionals Make the Move Gain exposure to a variety of industries, companies, and complex accounting challenges Build experience across technical accounting, financial reporting, strategic transactions, and finance transformation Work alongside experienced accounting and finance professionals in a collaborative environment Develop skills that position you for future leadership opportunities, including Controller, Director of Accounting, Finance Director, or CFO career paths Enjoy continuous learning through diverse engagements rather than performing the same responsibilities year after year Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with performance-based incentive opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and company holidays Ongoing professional development and career growth Collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong mentorship If you're looking to leverage your public accounting experience while gaining broader exposure to strategic accounting and finance initiatives, we'd love to connect.
