We are dedicated to innovation, quality, and fostering a dynamic work environment. Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will support our accounting operations by managing data entry, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and assisting with financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their accounting skills within a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Duties Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using various accounting software such as SAP, Xero, Sage, Workday, ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy Support month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing journal entries and reviewing account activity Handle confidential information with integrity while adhering to company policies and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Contribute to financial analysis through Excel data analysis and spreadsheet management Collaborate with internal teams on budgeting, credit analysis, and financial concepts to support overall business objectives Experience Previous experience in accounting or finance roles involving bookkeeping, data entry, or account reconciliation is preferred, 1-3 years experience. Familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar software is highly desirable Knowledge of SOX compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) procedures and governmental accounting standards is a plus Strong numeracy skills combined with attention to detail for accurate account management Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain high ethical standards Excellent communication skills for customer service interactions related to billing or account inquiries Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel—for data analysis and reporting This position offers a vibrant environment where your accounting expertise will grow through hands-on experience with diverse financial systems and processes. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
