Join our team as a Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) Staff Accountant and leverage the stability of full-time employment with the flexibility and variety of project-based consulting. As a member of our FTEP group, you will be deployed as a Staff Accountant consultant to support our clients across diverse industries, helping them achieve their critical finance, accounting, and project objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy of financial records Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and perform month-end and year-end closing processes Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and assist with payroll processing as needed Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory standards, including SOX and GAAP Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and accuracy Collaborate with client teams to understand business needs and deliver value-added solutions in fast-paced environments Adapt quickly to new assignments, systems, and industry requirements as projects may vary by clientWhat Makes This Role Unique:
