Job Description

Accounting & Financial Management
  • Manage full-cycle accounting across multiple entities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Perform bank and escrow reconciliations (operating, trust, and payroll)
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity
  • Track and reconcile intercompany transactions and allocations Compliance & Reporting
  • Support underwriter audits and state regulatory compliance
  • Prepare and file 1099s, escheatment, and required state reports
  • Monitor escrow activity, wire transactions, and internal controls Qualifications
  • 3+ years of accounting experience (title or real estate preferred)
  • Strong understanding of escrow/trust accounting
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
