Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting & Cash Handling Associate to join our team. This position requires someone who is comfortable working independently, handling cash accurately, and working in QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and able to work early mornings and weekends. Restaurant or hospitality experience is a significant plus. Responsibilities Perform daily cash handling, counting, and reconciliation duties Enter and maintain accurate information in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks Review cash and financial information for accuracy Maintain organized financial records and documentation Travel between two work locations as needed (Savage & Apple Valley) Assist with additional administrative or operational duties as assigned Requirements QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience is required Cash handling experience is required Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is preferred Restaurant or hospitality industry experience is a major plus Must be able to successfully pass a city background check Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between two locations as needed Must be dependable and punctual Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 pounds from ground level Must be comfortable working independently and handling confidential financial information Schedule This is a part-time position with early-morning hours. Some shifts may begin as early as 6:30 AM . Weekend availability is required and is non-negotiable. Candidates who are unable to consistently work weekends should not apply. The exact weekly schedule may vary based on business needs and responsibilities at each location. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who takes accuracy and accountability seriously. You should be comfortable working with numbers, handling cash, using QuickBooks Online, and completing tasks without constant supervision. Previous experience working in a restaurant, hospitality, bookkeeping, accounting, or cash-management environment will be highly valued.

Pay:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
