Job Description

The System's Depot is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the organization through accurate data entry, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. Duties Daily posting of check payments, ACH/Wire, and credit card payments to customer accounts Daily bank reconcilations General Ledger Reconcilations Assist Accounts Receivable by processing requests for alternate address changes Back up for Accounts Payable Perform data entry tasks related to billing, expenses, and general ledger transactions Communicate professionally with vendors via phone and email to address inquiries and resolve issues Looking for canddiates with experience in accounts payable/receivable, or related roles with a focus on accounting support. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, with high attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST.
