full-time A well-established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Accountant/ Full Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of its accounting and financial operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys working autonomously, partnering with leadership, and driving strong financial processes across the business. The candidate will serve as a key member of the organization, providing accurate financial reporting, maintaining accounting best practices, and supporting operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of day-to-day accounting operations Lead month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and distribute financial statements and management reports Oversee payroll processing and related accounting activities Support employee benefit administration and financial recordkeeping Maintain general ledger integrity and account reconciliations Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations Coordinate with external accounting, tax, and professional service providers
Qualifications:
