Minimum 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Reports to: Senior Management Summary This is a position that involves overseeing the operations of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for cash management. The Staff Accountant must possess good analytical and communication skills along with acceptable presentation skills as well as be well-versed in software applications for financial reporting, Infor Syteline and spreadsheets. Essentially, the Senior Staff Accountant is a worker who is in charge of keeping track of the company's cash activities as well as promoting pro-active procedures for fraud detection. Duties (including, but not limited to) In addition to assisting with the administration of the Accounting/Finance office, such as understanding payables, cash management and banking. The Senior Staff Accountant will act as backup for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities in both sites along with the operations of the Finance office. Other information that helps managers plan and control company activities and make business decisions for continuous improvement will be provided as needed. This will include assisting CPA's with the year-end review. In summary, the Senior Staff Accountant will work closely with all front office staff, outside services and upper management to ensure the proper processing of all types of business transactions. Statistical and financial information will be provided to upper management for decision-making and business continuity centered on improving future results.

$64,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
