Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and administer monthly requisitions, payment applications, and invoices Perform job cost analysis, profit/loss reporting, and cash flow forecasting Maintain billing documentation, change order logs, certified payroll, and compliance records Partner with project management and senior leadership to support project financial performance and close-outs

Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of construction accounting experience Experience with project billing, requisitions, job cost reporting, and accounts payable Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, formulas, and data management Strong written communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience with Certified Payroll, insurance documentation, lien waivers, and M/WBE reporting Prior experience in construction or electrical contracting environments

Location:

New Jersey (periodic travel to NYC required)
