Key Responsibilities:

Assist with monthly close activities , including journal entries and account reconciliations Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Maintain and update general ledger accounts Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies Support audits by preparing requested documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of experience in general accounting Experience with ERP systems (such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar) preferred Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data analysis) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
