Our corporate Accounting & Finance function is a central hub of excellence, comprised of CPAs and seasoned professionals. We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to serve as a cornerstone of our finance team. In this role, you will own the full spectrum of accounting operations across multiple entities, from day-to-day transactions to executive-level reporting, while acting as a trusted financial partner to HR, operations, and leadership.Essential Functions:
Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and collections team Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Lead annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads Develop rolling forecasts and cash flow projections Manage year-end close with audit coordination across multiple companies Ensure accurate, timely filing of corporate tax obligations and monthly/quarterly sales and use tax returns, maintaining full compliance across all operating entities Act as the primary liaison with State auditors, providing well-organized documentation and clear financial presentation Identify and drive process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy Support ad-hoc accounting project as needed Jo bQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience Proven experience managing accounting functions across multiple entities Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems Strong working knowledge of payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with executive leadershipEducation and Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) required CPA is requiredWe Offer:
