Staff Accountant:

Monitor daily cash activity and perform bank reconciliations across multiple operating accounts
Process and maintain fixed asset transactions and asset module records
Manage clearing accounts and resolve accounting inquiries from internal departments
Support audit preparation and assist with month-end accounting activities
Identify, investigate, and resolve financial discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records within Workday Qualifications for the

Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience
Experience with general ledger accounting and account reconciliations
Hands-on Workday experience in an accounting environment
Fixed asset accounting experience preferred
Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
