Want accounting experience that goes beyond a single set of books? A growing private equity firm in Chagrin Falls, Ohio managing a portfolio of investments is looking for a Senior or Staff Accountant ready to own real responsibility, from AP/AR to month end close to working directly with auditors. What you'll do: Own core accounting processes across the business Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable (3-way match, check requests, weekly check runs, vendor inquiries, vendor/customer maintenance, cash application, collections) Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts Maintain the General Ledger Reconcile fixed assets and support project spending analysis Own month end close Process 1099s Support auditors on-site with documentation as needed Assist Controllers with additional accounting functions as needed What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Strong Excel skills Sharp analytical ability Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner MRI software experience a plus Full time, 45-50 hours/week. Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
